So I’m hunting for a condo now here in Seattle. Being tech oriented, I am using the new Redfin service to find a place. I looked on Mercer Island this weekend. The place was over priced, and using Zillow I found that the place was bought in November 2005. They renovated and now want 70k more than they bought it for. It also is over priced by that much compared to the other condos in the complex. I decided to pass.
Now I’m looking in Kirkland and Bellevue. More to come as I continue my hunt for the right place.
